I’ve made variations of this smoothie everyday for the last two weeks. I seriously cannot get enough of it! It is so delicious and healthy to boot. It’s prefect for a quick refreshing breakfast or lunch. I’ve been experimenting with different ingredients but I think the ingredients above are my favorite. Throw in some maca powder, chia seeds, different kinds of milk, etc. and see what you like the best.

I decided to create an illustration and I’m hoping to commit to doing them more regularly to challenge myself and to up my illustration skills. I used to be faster at it but I haven’t had time as of late. I need to change that asap. Fall Term starts Monday so we’ll see how it goes!
